What kinds of events / venues can your performers cater to?
Our performers can cater to almost any type of event or venue including: corporate events, festivals, parades, carnivals, non-profit events, private events and gatherings, birthdays, weddings, educational spaces, community events, restaurants, and more!
Are your performances family-friendly? Which age groups are best suited for your performances?
Yes we tailor our performances for specific age groups! We have a range of family-friendly options that appeal to children and adults alike, including Hula-Hoop Workshops, Stilt Walking, and Dance Parties!
Can I request specific costumes or themes for the performance?
Absolutely! Our performance packages include a variety of customizable options, including costumes! Whether it’s an elegant gala, a bohemian festival, or a whimsical fairy theme, we tailor our act to fit the atmosphere of your event! Please note for costumes beyond our existing wardrobe there is an additional fee; we require 2 weeks advance notice as well.
What type of surface is required for your performances?
For indoor performances: we require an even surface and cannot perform on loose carpet.
For outdoor performances: we require an even surface and prefer not to perform on gravel and loose dirt/sand.
How much space is required for Hula-Hoop and Fan performances?
For Hula-Hoop/Fan performances we require at least 4 x 6 feet of clearing. If indoors, ceilings must be at least 8 feet high.
How much space is required for Fire Dancing?
For Fire Dancing we require a minimum 4 x 8 feet clearing with at least a 10 foot distance between the performer and the audience. Fire props require outdoor spaces or fire-safe zones for rehearsal and performance.
Do you offer workshops or classes?
We offer Hula-Hoop and Belly Dance workshops for all ages and skill levels! Our workshops are a fun and interactive way for guests to learn new skills, and explore movement in a supportive and creative environment!
Do you offer interactive performances?
We offer both stage and interactive performances! Our packages include various options including close-up performances, roaming entertainers, workshops, and more! For more information please contact us.
Do you provide music for your performances? Can I choose the music?
Yes we can provide music for our performances! We can use the venue sound system or provide our own. We can also perform to specific music on request; please note this requires at least 72 hours advance notice.
Do you require a space to store props and other performance equipment?
We require a secure place to store props and equipment. If our performance(s) include costume changes, we will require a private room for changeovers as well.
Are your performers insured?
Yes, our performers are insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request.
Do you offer alternatives to Fire Dancing?
As an alternative to Fire Dancing, we offer LED performances! These vibrant props will light up your audience’s imaginations, and make for impressive photo/video opportunities!
